300lb 3x3...program is slowly coming to an end..milking 3x3..
220lb 3x5 paused bench...forgot I was doing larsen on my first
235lb 3x3 paused larsen..3x5 has been ineffective for past 4
240lb 3x3 paused larsen ..Monday workout was tough..had to force
so I did an extra 2 reps after 3x5 with 285lb..for bar path critic
paused larsen 3x3 250lb
325lb 1x5 ..
175lb 3x5 barbell row..
