So I just saw this and Idk if it's normal

Is it normal for my stomach to pulsate in time with my heartbeat

they have heart pain frequently and this morning i noticed this,

ENT - is this (black idk growth maybe? )normal in the middle

Vein visibly pulsating on neck- is this normal?

Is it normal for my heart rate to go up this much from standing

Strong visible pulsing in neck. Normal or see my PCP?

Will this grow back to normal ?
