Why does my shoulder make this noise?

Shoulder clicks in and out, has for a long time. Painful of late

Weird shoulder thing happens when I press arm to my body

My shoulder constantly pops/crack, should I get this looked at?

Repost - the cracking/popping is my shoulder, I can move it slowly
