Battling this for almost a year

Hi Dr diagnosed this as Balanitis. No pain and it's sticky and

Suffering from constant pain swelling of glans from past 5 months.

The hip crease goes hard :)

The stockings just add to the underbutt crease

Could this be balanitis ?
