Please help identify this internal lovecraftian abyss! I'm petrified. Hemorrhoids , polyps, tumors, rectal prolapse? All the above? Bleeding once a week now, seems like obstructing, pressure and leg pains when it inflames. (Ongoing issue for years. M/40/H
