Is it normal for leg muscle to twitch like this all the time?

Weird thing on my leg that makes white cream that smells bad.

Still hurts after 4 days more than I think it should feels stretching,

Foot drop and bent ankle/leg

Have a normal amount of knee pain most days, terrible pain others,

I am getting tremors in my right hand and leg after back pain

Constant glute pain and leg spasms.

Why do my leg muscles do this?

red knee and leg and in feet, ankles and knee. No pain. Any idea?
