UNPLAYABLE STUTTERING… does anyone know the possible issue? Guessing it’s somehow a faulty gpu. 6600xt, task manager looks fine my cpu temps are in the 50’s. My ping will go up to 90 from 40 too when running around. I’ve had a 3060 in the same
